Practical Spirituality for a Changing World
Many people can feel that something is shifting either personally, collectively, or spiritually but aren’t always sure how to navigate it. This series is designed to help people better understand themselves, reconnect with what feels authentic, and explore practical tools for living with greater awareness, purpose, and connection.
August- Understanding Yourself in a Changing World
Being human can be a lot. Life is messy, emotions are confusing, and most of us were never given an instruction manual for how any of this works. In this session, we’ll explore why the human experience can feel so challenging and how the nervous system influences the way we think, feel, and react. We’ll talk about survival mode, conscious living, and how emotions are actually trying to help us rather than ruin our day. You’ll leave with a better understanding of yourself, more self-compassion, and a few practical tools to make the Earth game a little easier to navigate.
September- Coming Home to Yourself
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned who we were supposed to be and lost touch with who we actually are. This session is all about reconnecting with yourself. We’ll explore intuition, self-trust, authenticity, and how to recognize your own inner “yes” and “no.” We’ll also talk about joy, creativity, flow states, and why being yourself is usually a much better strategy than trying to be perfect. If you’ve ever wondered what alignment actually feels like, this is for you!
October- Purpose, Community & Building New Earth
Humans aren’t meant to do life alone. In this session, we’ll explore purpose, healthy relationships, community, and what it means to create a life that feels meaningful. We’ll talk about why connection matters, how our experiences can become gifts we share with others, and why changing the world often starts with small, everyday actions. We’ll also explore the idea that New Earth isn’t somewhere we’re waiting to get to. It’s something we’re creating together, one choice, one relationship, and one act of kindness at a time.
Cancellation Policy: We strive to be fair and equitable to both clients and practitioners regarding schedule changes. And we understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. We kindly request that you provide us with no less than 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class, workshop, or service. This will allow another person to take your slot, and will give fair notice to the practitioner. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice may reschedule to another class or service, or we can issue a shop credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Last minute cancellations or no-shows cannot be adjusted or refunded. Thank you for understanding. You can reach us at 610-644-2202 or at moonstoneandsage@gmail.com for any questions or with rescheduling requests. We’re here to help!
