It is open to everyone\, whether you’re completely new to energy work or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice. \nIn a safe and supportive space\, you’ll learn how to give Reiki to yourself and begin to share it with others. \nIn this day of healing\, learning\, and self-discovery\, you will explore: \n • The origins and guiding principles of Usui Reiki\n • How to recognize and sense energy in yourself and others\n • An introduction to the chakra system and the body’s energy anatomy\n • Hand positions and techniques for self-healing and supporting others\n • Ways to create a simple\, nourishing daily Reiki practice\n • What to expect after your attunement and how to integrate Reiki into everyday life \nBy the end of this class\, you will receive a Usui Reiki Level 1 certification and leave with a deepened connection to Reiki energy. \nWhat’s included in this Training: \n • No prerequisites- open to all\, no prior experience needed\n • Fully in-person training with hands-on instruction\n • Small group setting- personalized attention and plenty of practice time\n • All materials provided- just bring yourself and your curiosity\n • Level I Certification- qualifies you to continue on to Reiki II \nThere will be a one-hour lunch break. You can pack your lunch or grab something locally. \nRegister Here\nAbout Jennifer Nagle \nShe was introduced to Reiki Energy Healing seven years ago while undergoing breast cancer treatment at Paoli Hospital\, where it was offered as a complementary therapy. The experience changed her life. Reiki helped her feel both energized and deeply relaxed\, supported her throughout treatment\, and eventually inspired her to learn the healing art herself. \nAfter years of study and practice\, she became a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher\, offering both in-person and distance sessions for people and their animal companions. One of her greatest joys is sharing her knowledge of Reiki and energy healing with others. \nWanting to continue growing\, she later returned to school to earn her esthetics license. Today\, she brings together her love of beauty\, wellness\, energy healing\, and self-care. Her sessions may include crystal healing\, chakra balancing\, sound therapy\, acupressure\, and other supportive practices\, making each experience personal and unique.
