About the author:
Stephanie Ryan is a watercolor artist, writer, educator, and Reiki Master Teacher whose work explores creativity as a path to healing, presence, and connection. Her artwork has been licensed worldwide across greeting cards, fabric, home décor, and gifts, but her deepest work grew from her own experience with chronic illness and nervous system dysregulation.
After discovering how painting helped her slow down, feel safer in her body, and reconnect with herself, Stephanie began sharing watercolor as more than a creative practice. Her new book, Watercolor Your Way to Peace, brings together gentle painting exercises, mindfulness, breath, and nervous system care to help others create their own calming, meaningful relationship with art.
Cancellation Policy: We strive to be fair and equitable to both clients and practitioners regarding schedule changes. And we understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. We kindly request that you provide us with no less than 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class, workshop, or service. This will allow another person to take your slot, and will give fair notice to the practitioner. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice may reschedule to another class or service, or we can issue a shop credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Last minute cancellations or no-shows cannot be adjusted or refunded. Thank you for understanding.
