This Level 1 certificate training is the doorway into Reiki — a foundation that supports everything that comes after. It is open to everyone, whether you’re completely new to energy work or an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice.
In a safe and supportive space, you’ll learn how to give Reiki to yourself and begin to share it with others.
In this day of healing, learning, and self-discovery, you will explore:
• The origins and guiding principles of Usui Reiki
• How to recognize and sense energy in yourself and others
• An introduction to the chakra system and the body’s energy anatomy
• Hand positions and techniques for self-healing and supporting others
• Ways to create a simple, nourishing daily Reiki practice
• What to expect after your attunement and how to integrate Reiki into everyday life
By the end of this class, you will receive a Usui Reiki Level 1 certification and leave with a deepened connection to Reiki energy.
What’s included in this Training:
• No prerequisites- open to all, no prior experience needed
• Fully in-person training with hands-on instruction
• Small group setting- personalized attention and plenty of practice time
• All materials provided- just bring yourself and your curiosity
• Level I Certification- qualifies you to continue on to Reiki II
There will be a one-hour lunch break. You can pack your lunch or grab something locally.
About Jennifer Nagle
She was introduced to Reiki Energy Healing seven years ago while undergoing breast cancer treatment at Paoli Hospital, where it was offered as a complementary therapy. The experience changed her life. Reiki helped her feel both energized and deeply relaxed, supported her throughout treatment, and eventually inspired her to learn the healing art herself.
After years of study and practice, she became a certified Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher, offering both in-person and distance sessions for people and their animal companions. One of her greatest joys is sharing her knowledge of Reiki and energy healing with others.
Wanting to continue growing, she later returned to school to earn her esthetics license. Today, she brings together her love of beauty, wellness, energy healing, and self-care. Her sessions may include crystal healing, chakra balancing, sound therapy, acupressure, and other supportive practices, making each experience personal and unique.
Cancellation Policy: We strive to be fair and equitable to both clients and practitioners regarding schedule changes. And we understand that life happens and sometimes plans need to change. We kindly request that you provide us with no less than 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your class, workshop, or service. This will allow another person to take your slot, and will give fair notice to the practitioner. Cancellations made with 24 hours notice may reschedule to another class or service, or we can issue a shop credit, or a full refund to your original payment method.
