Event Series Event Series: Yoga with Kristen

Join Kristen for an all-level Vinyasa class designed help you embrace your own unique journey. Integrating breathwork, meditation and creative sequencing to nurture the mind, body and spirit. This class is a low to moderate intensity 60 minute flow where you can move at your own pace. It incorporates twists to release tension and move energy through the chakras, and balancing postures and movement to engage the core and shoulders. Short meditations are sprinkled in to connect your breath, and will conclude with a soothing Shavasana to integrate the benefits of your practice.

All levels are welcome! Bring a mat!
